The valve pressure test pump station is our company newly and firstly develops and manufactures can be used for testing valves with water in simple way, which can help the customers improve valve testing effiency and reduce the cost.

 

The pump station is mainly made up of low pressure water pump, high pressure water pump(air-driven hydraulic pump), test water tank and electric control system etc. When performing valve pressure test, you just need to connect the pump station to the valve’s test cover plate with a high pressure hose. Open the water inlet valve, start the low pressure water pump to fill the valve with water, adjust and set the high pressure water gauge (electro-connecting pressure gauge) to the needed test pressure. And then, start the high pressure water pump(air-driven hydraulic pump) to pressurize the water inside the valve to the set test pressure. The water pump will stop automatically when valve inside water pressure reaches the set test pressure.

 

And then, turn to the valve test pressure holding. Set the needed time for valve test pressure holding, and start the timing of pressure holding. When the set time of valve test pressure holding is out, the alarm will ring and shine to remind the operator. And then, open the pressure relief valve to release off all the water pressure inside the valve, unload the tested valve and finish the valve pressure testing.

As per customers’ valve testing requirements, the pump station can be designed and manufactured with test water pressure up to 210MPa(2100bar). And the pump station can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. And the pump station can be installed with wheels at its bottom, which is convenient for moving it manually.
